Arrangement for the high-pressure delivery of building materials
Abstract
Abstract An arrangement for the high-pressure delivery of stiff- plastic, homogenized building materials is designed as an eccentric screw pump 16 with an integrated equalizing chamber 24. The equalizing chamber has a diameter which is approximately equal to the diameter of the eccentric screw pump. For driving the rotor 21 of the eccentric screw pump 16 with integrated equalizing chamber, the rotor 21 has a square plug-in segment 22. At the other end of the rotor 21, the latter is firmly connected on a permanent basis to the spindle 23 or 33 of an agitator arranged in the equalizing chamber 24. By virtue of the drive of the rotor 21, by means of the square segment 22, the unit comprising rotor 21 and spindle 23 or 33 can be moved away from the arrangement in the delivery direction. The equalizing chamber 24 causes the building material to be delivered without pressure surges. By virtue of the relatively small diameter and the relatively long length of the equalizing chamber 24, very thorough but nevertheless careful mixing of the building material is achieved. For the purpose of checking the pressure in the equalizing chamber 24, the latter is connected to a pump pressure gauge 27. <IMAGE>
