La bande d'inviolabilité comporte deux parties, une première partie annulaire (4A) reliée à la partie inférieure de la jpe (2) par les ponts sécables (5) et une deuxième partie constituée par une pluralité de languettes (6) reliées à la première partie (4A) par des zones amincies (7) formant une articulation, chaque languette comportant un talon (8) et un prolongement aminci (9). Les languettes (6) forment avec la partie annulaire (4A) un angle aigu ayant son sommet sur les zones amincies (7) et sont tournées vers l'intérieur de la capsule. Des moyens d'étanchéité sont précisés.
