Abstract Translated from French Procédé de détection et de mesure d'une endocytose cellulaire à la faveur d'une mise en contact avec un ligand déterminé des cellules à étudier, qui comprend la mise en contact de ces cellules et de ce ligand avec des liposomes modifiés par couplage covalent à une molécule elle-même apte à se fixer sur ledit ligand et retenant par encapsulation une solution d'un fluorochrome, caractérisé en ce que la concentration en fluorochrome de la solution encapsulée est initialement suffisamment élevée pour que soit assurée une auto-extinction de sa fluorescence et en ce que l'on mesure ensuite la suppression au moins partielle de l'auto-extinction de la fluorescence qui résulte de l'internalisation desdits liposomes modifiés.
