Abstract
Abstract Highly potent long-acting formulations of cefaclor for treating bacterial infections in humans or other animals comprise a rapid-release component and a slow-release component in a ratio of about 3:7 to about 5:5 by potency of cefaclor. Such formulations are convenient for administration or carrying about.
