Abstract Translated from German Beschichtetes Material aus einem Träger auf dem eine strahlungsempfindliche aus einem Homo- oder Copolymer mit mindestens 5 Mol.-%, bezogen auf das Polymer, Struktureinheiten der Formel I <IMAGE> worin R ein zweiwertiger aliphatischer Rest, der durch Heteroatome, aromatische, heterocyclische oder cycloaliphatische Gruppen unterbrochen sein kann, ein cycloaliphatischer, heterocyclischer oder araliphatischer Rest, ein aromatischer Rest, bei dem zwei Arylkerne über eine aliphatische Gruppe verknüpft sind, oder ein durch mindestens eine Alkylgruppe, Cycloalkylgruppe, Alkoxygruppe, Alkoxyalkylgruppe, Alkylthiogruppe, Alkylthioalkylgruppe, Hydroxyalkylgruppe, Hydroxyalkoxygruppe, Hydroxyalkylthiogruppe, Aralkylgruppe oder zwei benachbarte C-Atome des aromatischen Restes durch eine Alkylengruppe substituierter aromatischer Rest ist, R' unabhängig die gleiche Bedeutung wie R hat und q für 0 oder 1 steht, wobei R als aromatischer Rest nicht durch Alkylen und nicht durch die zuvor genannten Reste substituiert ist, wenn q = 0 ist, aufgebracht ist.
