Abstract A compound of formula (1): or an ester or amide derivative thereof, in which a is an integer from 1 to 6 b is an integer from 2 to 7 R 5 and R 6 are each hydrogen or C 1-6 alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which each of R 1 and R2, which may be the same or different, is hydrogen, halogen, ortrifluoromethyl, R 3 ia hydrogen or methyl; together form a five or six membered ring, X is -0- or a bond and n is 1 or 2; a process for preparing such compounds and their use in medicine and agriculture.
