Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein festes diagnostisches Mittel zur quantitativen Bestimmung von bioaffinen Substanzen in biologischen Flüssigkeiten beschrieben. Weiterhin wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, in dem die biologische Flüssigkeit mit einem bestimmten Funktionsfeld des Mittels in Berührung gebracht wird, die Flüssigkeit mehrere nebeneinander liegende geeignete Reagenzkomponenten enthaltende Funktionsfelder durchwandert und eine oder mehrere bioaffine Substanzen in solchen Funktionsfeldern nachgewiesen werden, die jeweils für die nachzuweisende Substanz mindestens einen bioaffinen Bindungspartner an eine Festphase gebunden enthält.
