Abstract Translated from German Zur Reinigung von Abgasen, die staubförmige Schadstoffe mit äußerst feiner Verteilung und gas- und dampfförmige Schadstoffe enthalten, insbesondere zur Reinigung der Abgase von chemischen Dampfphasenreaktionen bei der Lichtwellenleiter-Vorform-Herstellung, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem in einer ersten Stufe eine Staubabscheidung in einem trockenen beschichteten Gewebefilter (1) und anschließend eine Absorption der gasförmigen und dampfförmigen Schadstoffe in einem Gaswäscher erfolgt. Bei dieser Gaswäsche wird, wenn die in einem Absorptionsflüssigkeitskreislauf umlaufende Absorptionsflüssigkeit eine vorgegebene Belastung erreicht hat, ein Teil derselben aus dem Absorptionsflüssigkeitskreislauf entnommen und in einem separaten Entgiftungsbehälter entgiftet. Gleichzeitig wird der entnommene Teil durch neue, unbelastete Absorptionsflüssigkeit ersetzt. Das Verfahren arbeitet wartungsarm und vollautomatisch und durch die dosierte Hinzugabe der notwendigen Chemikalien bei einem minimalen Chemikalienverbrauch, und erfüllt in vollem Umfange die gesetzlichen Auflagen zur Reinhaltung der Luft und des Wassers. At the same time, the removed part is replaced by new, unloaded absorption liquid. The process is low-maintenance and fully automatic, and through the metered addition of the necessary chemicals with minimal chemical consumption, and fully meets the legal requirements for keeping the air and water clean.
