Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein positiv arbeitendes lichtempfindliches Ge­misch beschrieben, enthaltend eine lichtempfindliche Ver­bindung entweder vom o-Chinondiazidtyp oder einen photo­lytischen Säurespender in Kombination mit einer Verbin­dung, die eine C-O-C-Gruppierung enthält, ein in wäßrig­alkalischer Lösung lösliches bzw. quellbares Bindemittel, sowie einen Farbstoff der allgemeinen Formel I Das erfindungsgemäße lichtempfindliche Gemisch zeigt eine höhere Lichtempfindlichkeit als vergleichbare Gemische, die andere Farbstoffe enthalten. A positive-working light-sensitive mixture is described, containing a light-sensitive compound either of the o-quinonediazide type or a photolytic acid donor in combination with a compound which contains a COC group, a binder which is soluble or swellable in aqueous alkaline solution, and a dye of the general type Formula I. The photosensitive mixture according to the invention shows a higher photosensitivity than comparable mixtures which contain other dyes.
