Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von osteointegrierenden Oberflächen auf Skelettimplantaten (Substraten) aus Metall oder Metallegierungen vorgeschlagen sowie ein Skelettimplantat mit osteointegrierenden Oberflächen. Dabei wird zuerst eine Oxidschicht mittels eines Hochvakuum-Plasma-Beschichtungsverfahren auf dem Substrat aufgebracht. Nachfolgend wird darauf eine Calciumhydroxylapatidschicht aufgebracht. A method for the production of osteo-integrating surfaces on skeletal implants (substrates) made of metal or metal alloys is proposed as well as a skeletal implant with osteo-integrating surfaces. An oxide layer is first applied to the substrate using a high-vacuum plasma coating process. A layer of calcium hydroxylapatide is then applied.
