Claim 2

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 1, wherein said control means selects from said target receiver terminal information storing means one of said target receiver terminal numbers in the idle state according to idle/busy information in the ascending order of addresses.

Claim 3

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminal according to Claim 1, wherein said control means is provided in an exclusive service process unit which is provided separately from a switching unit for switching a call from a user; and said target receiver terminal information storing means is a data base storage unit connected to said exclusive service process unit.

Claim 4

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each registered receiver identification number plural sets of a target receiver terminal number, idle/busy information indicating the idle/busy state of the corresponding target receiver terminal, and connection information indicating the connection state of said target receiver terminal for a plurality of target receiver terminals, and control means for selecting based on each item of said connection information stored with said target receiver terminal number in a pair from said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said user-specified service access code and registered receiver identification number one of said target receiver terminal numbers in the idle state according to said idle/busy information, outputting said selected number to a switching unit, and updating idle/busy information and connection information stored by said target receiver terminal information storing means according to the idle/busy state and connection state of each target receiver terminal.

Claim 5

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 3, wherein said connection information comprises a maximum number of call connections which can be made within a predetermined time period, an actual number of call connections which were made within a predetermined time period, and a connection rate, that is, a ratio of said actual number of connections to said maximum number of connections, and said control means selects from said target receiver terminal information storing means a number having the smallest connection rate stored in a pair among said target receiver terminal numbers in the idle state according to said idle/busy information; outputs said selected number to a switching unit; updates the idle/busy information, the actual number of connections, and the connection rate, each stored with said selected target receiver terminal number; and updates the idle/busy information, the number of connections, and the connection rate stored by said target receiver terminal information storing means according to the idle/busy state and the connection state of each target receiver terminal.

Claim 6

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 4, wherein said control means is provided in an exclusive service process unit which is provided separately from a switching unit for switching a call from a user; and said target receiver terminal information storing means is a data base storage unit connected to said exclusive service process unit.

Claim 7

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each of said registered receiver identification numbers a plurality of target receiver terminal number corresponding to a plurality of target receiver terminals, control means for selecting based on the next selection pointing information one of said target receiver terminal numbers from said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said user-specified service access code and registered receiver identification number, outputting said selected number to a switching unit, updating said next selection pointing information, and repeating selection and output of next target receiver terminal number and update of said next selection pointing information, and communication means for receiving a notification that the target receiver terminal outputted by the switching unit side is busy.

Claim 8

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 7, wherein said control means and said communication means are provided in an exclusive service process unit which is provided separately from a switching unit for switching a call from a user; and said target receiver terminal information storing means is a data base storage unit connected to said exclusive service process unit.

Claim 9

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each group of registered receiver identification numbers plural sets of a target receiver terminal number and idle/busy information indicating the idle/busy state of the corresponding target receiver terminal for a plurality of target receiver terminals, and control means for selecting a target receiver terminal information storing means in a predetermined group related to a predetermined registered receiver identification number according to said user-issued service access code, registered receiver identification number, and said user's sending area information, for selecting from said storing means one of said target receiver terminal numbers whose idle/busy information indicates the idle state according to a predetermined priority, for outputting the selected number to a switching unit, and for updating according to the idle/busy state of each target receiver terminal the idle/busy information stored in said target receiver terminal information storing means.

Claim 10

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 9, wherein said control means is provided in an exclusive service process unit which is provided separately from a switching unit for switching a call from a user; and said target receiver terminal information storing means is a data base storage unit connected to said exclusive service process unit.

Claim 11

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals according to Claim 4, wherein maximum connection number determining means is provided to determine for a target receiver terminal the maximum number of call connections made within a predetermined time period according to one or more of the present date, the day of the week, or the time period, said connection information contains the number of call connections made within a predetermined time period to a target receiver terminal corresponding to the registered receiver identification number containing said connection information, and said control means selects from said tartarget receiver terminal information storing means one of said target receiver terminal numbers whose idle/busy information indicates the idle state according to said number of connections stored as said terminal numbers and according to the maximum number of said maximum connection number determining means, and output said selected number to a switching unit.

Claim 12

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each registered receiver identification number having said predetermined service access code plural sets of a target receiver terminal number corresponding to a plurality of target receiver terminals, and control means for selecting from said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said user-specified service access code and registered receiver identification number one of said target receiver terminal numbers and outputting said selected number to a switching unit.

Claim 13

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each registered receiver identification number plural sets of a target receiver terminal number and idle/busy information indicating the idle/busy state of the corresponding target receiver terminal for a plurality of target receiver terminals, and control means for selecting based on a predetermined priority from said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said user-specified service access code and registered receiver identification number one of said target receiver terminal numbers in the idle state according to said idle/busy information, outputting said selected number to a switching unit, collecting the idle/busy information of each target receiver terminal from the switching unit accommodating said terminal, and updating idle/busy information stored by said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said idle/busy information of each target receiver terminal.

Claim 14

A call distributing service system for a plurality of terminals in a number conversion service in which a switching unit permits a call from a user to be received by a corresponding target receiver terminal by converting a user-specified service access code and a registered receiver identification number to a target receiver terminal number, said service system comprising: target receiver terminal information storing means for storing for each registered receiver identification number plural sets of a target receiver terminal number and idle/busy information indicating the idle/busy state of the corresponding target receiver terminal for a plurality of target receiver terminals, and control means for selecting based on a predetermined priority from said target receiver terminal information storing means according to said user-specified service access code and registered receiver identification number one of said target receiver terminal numbers in the idle state according to said idle/busy information, outputting said selected number to a switching unit, updating to the busy state the idle/busy information corresponding to each of said terminals stored in said target receiver terminal information storing means by receiving from a switching unit which accommodates each of target receiver terminals a notification that a normal call is received by each of said terminals, and updating to the idle state the idle/busy information corresponding to each of said terminals stored in said target receiver terminal information storing means by receiving from a switching unit which accommodates each of target receiver terminals a notification that a normal call is terminated by each of said terminals.
