Abstract Translated from German Verfahren zur Sicherung von kundenspezifischen Daten eines Kommunikationssystems, wobei angestoßen durch Anreize von einer Zeitüberwachungseinheit (SW) kundenspezifische Daten in eine Kommandostapel-Datei umgesetzt und komprimiert sowohl auf einer Hard-Disk (HD) sowie in einem Flash Memory (FM) abgespeichert werden. Nach einem Hard-Disk (HD) Defekt und einem z.B. durch einen Stromausfall bedingten Systemausfall der Kommunikationsanlage (K) kann nach einem "Systemhochlauf" auf die im Flash Memory (FM) abgespeicherten kundenspezifischen Daten zurückgegriffen und in einen dem Mikroprozessor (CPU) zugeordneten Speicherbereich (CD) wieder abgespeichert werden.
