Abstract Translated from German Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Darreichungsformen mit längerer Magenverweilzeit, bei deren Bereitstellung Mischungen aus lactamgruppenhaltigen Polymeren und carboxylgruppenhaltigen Polymeren verwendet werden, die sich sowohl durch ausgeprägte Quelleigenschaften als auch durch hohe Formstabilität im gequollenem Zustand auszeichnen. The present invention relates to dosage forms with a longer gastric residence time, in the preparation of which mixtures of polymers containing lactam groups and polymers containing carboxyl groups are used which are distinguished both by pronounced swelling properties and by high dimensional stability in the swollen state.
