Telephone exchange with voice storage device
Abstract
Abstract The telephone exchange has a speech storage device (7), in which a message for a called subscriber (3) can be recorded by the calling subscriber (2), for subsequent relaying to the called subscriber upon request. The control device (5) for the telephone exchange controls the call diversion and mailbox functions, with a call number memory (13) recording the number of the calling subscriber. The numbers of the calling subscribers are logged in a table for each called subscriber, which is fed to a display (8) provided at the called subscriber, upon interrogation, under control of the exchange control device. A button (16) can be operated at the called subscriber to select one of the displayed callers, for relaying of the corresponding message. <IMAGE>
