Abstract
Abstract The exercise frame is for developing a precise group of muscles and consists of a handle-bar (1) or plate on which the limbs to be exercised press and against which a brake or shock absorber acts. It also has a seat (6), which can have a back rest (7) and an adjustable foot rest (5). The handle-bar can pivot at various angles by adjusting its height. Its tube (2) pivots round an axle (3) so that the handle-bar can be moved backwards and forwards or it can pivot round two axles.
