Abstract In this device, of the type comprising at least two plastic sheets arranged one on top of the other, one serving as the base and at least one other being arranged in the form of strips of a transparent sheet forming pockets, the sheets being joined together along some of their edges, at least two strips 2, 3, 4 of the second sheet forming pockets are arranged side by side on the base sheet 1 with a certain overlap and all the strips 2, 3, 4 are welded to the base sheet 1, along their edges in their respective field of contact; transverse weld lines 5, 5' are provided in order to produce laterally open pockets 22, 33, 44 and the entrance openings are arranged on top of each other.
