Proceedings contents accumulating system in multipoint conference system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simultaneously record all speeches generated from plural terminals by providing a conference trunk with plural voice buffers provided correspondingly to respective terminals, an order control part, a voice/text conversion part, and a text accumulating part. CONSTITUTION:Voices from respective terminals 1 to 3 are temporarily transmitted to the voice buffers 31 to 33 and the transmission of the voices to the voice/ text conversion part 40 is waited until the instruction from an order control part 20 in the conference trunk in the buffers 31 to 33 and then the voices are transmitted to the conversion part 40 in the order instructed by the control part 20. Even if voices are simultaneously generated from plural terminals, all the voices are accumulated in the text accumulating part 50 by shifting the timing of conversion. Even when plural pieces of voice information are simultaneously generated from plural terminals, the contents of all the speeches can be recorded by controlling the order through the control part.
