Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the operability in the case of sending a reply document against a document which is sent, etc., by constituting this system so that a document can be sent automatically to a sender of a related document unless the destination is designated especially, at the time of sending a mail of the document. CONSTITUTION:By adding in advance data for coordinating a reply document to document data which is sent, a transmission origin of the corresponding original document is referred to, base on the transmission designation of the reply document, and even when an operator does not designate a reply destination, the reply document is replied automatically to the transmission origin of the original document. By coordinating the reply document to a document which is sent from other work station, at the time of replying the reply document, the reply document is replied automatically to the transmission origin of the coordinated document even if the reply destination is not desingated. In such a way, it becomes unnecessary that the operator who replies a reply document checks an address of the transmission origin of the original document which is sent, and designates its address as a reply destination.
