Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To miniaturize a strip line resonator by shortening the wavelength by providing GND electrode patterns on both sides of dielectric layers for strip line and making the specific inductive capacity of the dielectric layers for strip line layers higher than those of the other dielectric layers of a multilayered substrate. CONSTITUTION:A strip line 13 is formed on a dielectric layer 11-3 in a multilayered substrate and GND electrode patterns 12-1 and 12-2 are provided on the dielectric layers 11-2 and 11-4 above and below the layer 11-3. The dielectric layers 11-2 and 11-3 between the GND electrode patterns 12-1 and 12-2 become strip line layers and a high-frequency resonator is constituted by using the strip line layers. Layers 11-1 and 11-4 on the outside of the two GND electrode patterns are used as wiring layers. In a multilayered substrate having such a constitution, the dielectric layers 11-2 and 11-3 constituting the strip line layers are formed of a material having a dielectric constant higher than that of the material forming the other dielectric layers 11-1 and 11-4 of the substrate.
