Safety razor blade assembly

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture with cost reduction by coupling a blade bed integrally with a quadrilateral contouring frame through an elastic section extending parallel to a plane of a blade support in the frame. CONSTITUTION:Two plate-like blade beds 2, 2 in a quadrilateral frame of a blade support 1 is coupled integrally with a long frame through elongated elastic sections 3, 3 bent in the crank form. A guard section 5 is made of one long frame 4 of the quadrilateral frame and a blade stuck to the blade bed 2 is moved relative to the guard section 5 by the action of the elastic section 3 supporting the blade bed 2. That is, a lower blade 8, spacer 9, upper blade 10 and ceiling plate 11 can move together with the blade bed relative to the frame. Thus, the blade support can be injection molded integrally with synthetic resin.
