Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make magnetic recording medium with good magnetic characteristics and decrease the noise as well as the directional anisotropics by coating high magnetic material by evaporation in a diagonal angle alternately in a specific angle of incidence against symmetrical direction in relation to the normal of the supporting base material.
