Abstract PURPOSE: To improve ionic-wind blowing effect by arranging an ionic-wind control electrode between the discharge electrode and the material subject to wind pressure, properly selecting the shape and pole-to-pole distance of both electrodes and unifying the pressure distribution of blowing ionic-wind.
