Abstract PURPOSE:To let a rotary scanning mirror rotate at a constant speed by detecting the phase differences of the pulses generated at every 1 turn of the rotary scanning mirror and a reference signal in an apparatus of employing the system of deflecting laser light with the rotary scanning mirror.
