Hunting preventive method and device at time of no load and low load operation of internal combustion engine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the rotary variation at the time of no load to low load when the rotary speed changes considerably and unpleasant vibration occurs by connecting a vibtation-proof device to the carburetor throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: The valve shaft 2 of the throttle valve 1 for a carburetor is connected to the governor which is not illustrated here through the governor rod 4 and the throttle valve 1 is controlled in accordance with the rotational frequency of an engine. The pushing rod 8 of the throttle vibration-proof device 5 in which the spring 9 is incorporated makes contact with the arm 3 of the throttle shaft 2 and absorbs vibration by the spring 9 when the throttle valve 1 suddenly changes.
