Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate correction of the sound field and measurement of the frequency spectrum of a sound source, by displaying the signal emitted from a speaker onto a spectrum analyzer. CONSTITUTION:Left and right stereo phonic signals applied to input terminals 5L and 5R are supplied to equalizers 6L and 6R respectively and have the level adjusted arbitrarily and independently for each of n-number divided frequency bands of center frequencies f1-fn and are output to output terminals 7L and 7R. Left and right-channel acoustic signals which had the level adjusted properly and are taken out to output terminals 7L and 7R are supplied to speakers 15L and 15R through amplifiers 14L and 14R from terminals 13L and 13R and are output as sound. Standard microphone 16 is placed in the listening position of a listener, and the acoustic signal is converted to an electric signal and is supplied to terminal 9. The acoustic signal supplied to terminal 9 is applied to spectrum analyzer 12 through amplifier 10, thus monitoring frequency spectrum distribution in the listening position.
