Collecting apparatus of waste for machine module

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To collect such wastes as cuttings and cutting fluids readily in one action for improving the operating efficiency by providing a circular collecting groove around the machine modules arranged by the group control method. CONSTITUTION:On a side surface of a vertically placed base column 101, a machine module panel 201 having specific machining functions on its surface is detachably mounted by clamping means 301. Between said panel 201 and base column 101, connectors 302 and 303 for wiring the piping have been formed. Moreover, around the base column 101, a circular waste collecting groove 103 is provided, and cuttings, cutting fluids and the like collected in the groove 103 are collected to the gathering place by a scraper 104.
