Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent accidents such as the combustion, electric shock and the like due to the short-circuiting upon the turning over of the heater by operating a vibration sensitive switch when a heavy shock such as earthquake or the like is applied to the heater, to stop the generation of a high voltage used for high-frequency oscillation. CONSTITUTION: When a heavy shock is applied to the heater due to earthquake and the like, the shock is transmitted to a vibration sensitive switch 6 disposed at the rear wall, and a movable electrode plate 10 vibrates around a fulcrum 9. A contact B14a of a fixed electrode plate 14 and a contact A10a of a movable electrode plate 10 are temporarily separated from each other, and the vibration sensitive switch 6 is turned off and self holding of a relay 26 is released. Accordingly, a relay contact C27, a relay contact A19 and a relay contact B21 are turned off, and a current does not flow through a primary winding 20 of a transformer 15, and the generation of a high voltage at a second winding 28 is prevented.
