Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To determine the word to be written in the titled device internally and to enable write-in of information, by providing a storage circuit indicating whether the word can write in stored information. CONSTITUTION:A storage circuit 2 indicating whether the stored information is written in a word is provided in accordance with the word. An output line 6 of this storage circuit 2 is given to a selector 7 to which a retreival result signal line 1 is supplied. The information from the selector 7 is supplied to a plurality of selection and separation circuits 8, and if the words permitting write-in exist in a plurality, one of them is selected and write-in made via a word driving circuit 9. Thus, the word to be written in the device is determined without inputting the word address for information write-in.
