Method for recording and reproducing optical information
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To decrease the number of data demodulation errors due to word asynchronism caused by dropout or the like by recording each frame to an optical disc in information recording unit comprising a data section and a data mark, and reproducing the recorded data. CONSTITUTION:A frame F is constituted of a synchronizing signal 1 assisting the pull-in of a clock regenerating circuit, a data mark 2 representing the beginning of data, and a data 3; and a recording signal block B is constituted of plural frames F. That is, the recording signal block B provided at each sector is divided into plural frames F, and each frame is recorded on the optical disc as information recording unit comprising the synchronizing signal 1, the data mark 2 and the data 3. Since the data mark 2 is provided at each frame F in case of the reproduction, even if a dropout or the like occurs, only the data 3 in the frame F is made ineffective and the word synchronism is taken to the next frame F and succeeding, the data is reproduced correctly and stored in a prescribed address of a buffer memory sequentially.
