Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To form an installation part easily even on a narrow position so as to meke the installation part hard to generate a crack and a crevice, by forming a trapezoidform part on an installation part for a linear component. CONSTITUTION:An installation part 12 for a linear component is formed on an installation position of the linear component 3, such as a spring of a sheet frame 1 having a ?-shaped cross section. A trapezoidform part 13 is formed on the installation part 12 through press molding, and a pair of slit parts 14 is formed on the upper surface 13a of the trapezoidform part 13 through punching. Then, a curved convex part 16 is formed by a method wherein a curved convex part 15 swallen out upward in a direction of a plate part between the pair of the slit parts 14 of the upper surface 13a of the trapezoidform 13 meeting at tight angles with a longitudinal direction of the slit parts 14 and press molding is made so that an external side of the trapezoidform part 13 of a longitudinal direction of the top 15a of a curved convex part 15 is swallen out downward. In addition to the above, the installation part 12 for the linear component is formed by restoring this bottom surface to a plane position prior to press molding of the sheet frame 1.
