Flow injection type immunochemical analysis device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform analysis always with high accuracy by providing an injection port which is communicated with the inlet of a column and is opened to inject a sample and reagent into the column thereby eliminating the need for changing over the flow passage communicating with the column during analysis. CONSTITUTION:A column 21 has a gel conjugated with an antibody (antigen) for the antigen (antibody) to be analyzed and the inlet thereof is connected to the base of an injection vessel 23 having an injection port 23a opened through a valve 22 and is connected to a dissociated liquid tank 25 contg. a dissociated liquid 24. The outlet is connected to a waste liquid tank 28. The liquid level of the buffer 30 in a tank 31 and the liquid level in the vessel 23 are controlled approximately to a specified level in the vessel 23 are controlled approximately to a specified level in the position of an outflow port 31a. A sample 35, an enzyme labeling reagent 37 and an anzyme substrate 39 are selectively injected to the part lower than the position connected with the pipe 29 of the vessel 23 through the port 23a of the vessel 23 respectively under the control of a control part 43.
