Hologram transfer sheet

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the failure of a hologram transfer layer by laminating successively a protective layer, hologram forming layer, light reflecting layer, reinforcing layer and adhesive layer on one surface of a base sheet thereby forming the hologram transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The hologram transfer layer 3 made into the construction in which the protective layer 4, hologram forming layer 5, light reflecting layer 6, reinforcing layer 7 and adhesive layer are successively laminated in this order from the base sheet side is provided on one surface of the base sheet 2 to form a hologram transfer sheet 1. The sheet 2 is preferably formed of polyester provided with tensile strength and heat resistance in particular and a mixture composed of a polymethyl methacrylate resin and other thermoplastic resin is preferable as the material of the protective layer 4. The material of the light reflecting layer 6 is exemplified by metals such as aluminum, nickel and copper and the reinforcing layer 7 is formed by coating PVC, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.
