Double flash reaction type two-phase flow turbine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce exoergic loss by installing a first two-phase flow nozzle for injecting a working fluid to a rotary separator, and installing a second two-phase flow nozzle to the rotary separator. CONSTITUTION:A first two-phase flow nozzle 22 for injecting a working fluid to a rotary separator 13 located in a casing 12 is installed. A second two-phase flow nozzle 17 is installed to the rotary separator 13 so that it injects a hot water in the rotary separator 13 in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the rotary separator 13. Because the working fluid expands while performing work due to isoentropic expansion, exoergic loss can be reduced.
