Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the immersion of a dust, etc. from an opening part and to prevent the deterioration in the performance and the reduction in the service life by closing the opening part of a front face panel irrespective of the loading time and non-loading time of a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The gap of a cartridge and shutter 28 is stabilized with an adequate gap to close the opening part 32 of a front face panel 22 irrespective of the loading and non-loading times of the cartridge. Regarding the turning energizing means 29 energizing the turning of the shutter 28 in the specified direction, the structure consisting of the energizing load characteristic having a polarity inversion point by the stand-by state closing the opening part 32 and a cartridge loading state is owned. The immersion of a dust, etc. from the opening part of the front face panel is thus prevented to prevent the deterioration in the performance and the reduction in the service life of the recording and reproducing device and to improve the operation feeling and handling property as well.
