Abstract CERAL GRAIN ENDOSPERMS HAVING A MOISTURE CONTENT OF 10-20% ARE HEATED AT 325-400*F. IN A SCREW-TYPE EXTRUDER AT A PRESSURE OF 2000-4000 P.S.I.
