Abstract TIME STABILIZED CORROSION RESISTANT ANIONIC ASPHALT EMULSIONS COMPRISE A MIXTURE CONSISTING OF 50 TO 75% BY WEIGHT ASPHALT AND 25 TO 50% BY WEIGHT AQUEOUS PHASE. THE AQUEOUS PHASE CONTAINS FROM 20 TO 80 GRAMS PER LITER OF AN EMULGATOR CONTAINING SPECIFIED AMOUNTS OF AMMONIA OR DIAMMONIUM PHOSPHATE.
