Abstract A TRAY-HOLDING ARRANGEMENT FOR USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH VEHICLE SEATS IN WHICH EACH OF THE ARMS OF A SEAT IS PROVIDED WITH A DUAL, OR PAIRED, ARMREST ARRANGEMENT. THE UPPER ARMREST OF EACH PAIR IS MOVABLE AWAY FROM LOWER, STATIONARY ARMREST AND INCLUDES A STORABLE SHELF WHICH CAN BE FOLDED OUTWARDLY FOR SUPPORTING AND HOLDING A TRAY.
