Abstract
Abstract A personnel locating and recovery system utilizes a radar corner reflector comprising a flexible membrane or diaphragm which is actuable by voice to modulate radar energy reflected toward a searching radar equipped to detect the modulation for recognition and identification purposes. In a preferred embodiment the reflector is foldable to pocket size.
