Abstract
Abstract A support frame for support from a tractor hitch. The frame includes a rotatable transverse winding drum to be driven from a tractor power take-off and supported from the frame for easy removal therefrom. The frame further includes spooling guide structure for guiding wire being wound on the winding drum and the spooling guide structure includes structural features which enable it to be rendered inoperative and stored in an out-of-theway position when it is desired to unwind wire from the drum.
