A compound as claimed in claim 1, and having the formula in which R10 is amino, methyl, chloromethyl, methoxymethyl, dimethylaminomethyl, piperidinomethyL, 4-phenyl-piperazinomethyl, benzyl, mono- or dimethoxy-benzyl, 2-imidazolylmethyl, phenyl, mono- or dimethyl-phenyl, i-propyl-phenyl, hydroxy-phenyl, mono-, di or trimethoxy-phenyl, ethoxy-phenyl, fluoro-phenyl, chloro-phenyl, trifluoromethyl-phenyl, nitro-phenyl, carboxy-phenyl, carbethoxy-phenyl or dimethylsulfamoyl-phenyl, R11 is hydrogen or methyl, or a therapeutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
