Abstract
Abstract Polyester from 1,4-dialkyl-1,4-bis(hydroxymethyl) cyclohexanes and dicarboxylic organic acids having at least one carbocyclic ring. Synthesis from substituted butadiene and acrylic compound starting materials is disclosed. Advantages of a variety of polyesters are illustrated.
