Abstract
Abstract Cycloalkenyl tricycloalkenes are novel polycyclic compounds which may include substituents such as methyl, ethyl or others. They can be prepared by reacting a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic 1,3-diene with a 2,2'' -dicycloalkenyl compound. The cycloalkenyl tricycloalkenes can be used to produce elastomers by copolymerization with non-conjugated polyenes and/or olefins.
