Abstract

Abstract A relatively light weight, low cost holder for supporting the open end of a trash bag indoors, or a larger litter bag outdoors, is made of resilient bar, or wire, material such as steel or aluminum. The upper and lower frames are flat and planar to fold compactly against a vertical channel standard. The upper frame pivots 270* from bag holding position to folded position. The lower frame has a slotted locking plate, and prongs, so that indoors it is a flat, planar base, while outdoors it is an extension of the standard with the prongs thrust in the ground to support a larger plastic bag.
