Abstract IN THE POLYMERIZATION OF VINYL CHLORIDE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN OIL-SOLUBLE POLYMERIZATION INITIATOR, ADHESION OF VINYL CHLORIDE POLYMER TO THE INTERIOR SURFACE OF THE POLYMERIZATION VESSEL IS SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED BY COATING THE SURFACE, PRIOR TO POLYMERIZATION, WITH A FREE RADICAL INHIBITOR.
