Abstract

Abstract A laser stabilizing system having an inertially stabilized projection lens mounted for pivotal movement about its focal point. A light source, such as a laser, and means for focusing the light emitted therefrom to a real or virtual point image at the focal point of the projection lens are provided. A spotting telescope having a reticle pattern superimposed upon the image visible therethrough, the reticle pattern being optically coupled to the output direction of the device may also be provided.
