Abstract
Abstract The disclosure herein pertains to the fabrication and use of articles for extinguishing fires. More particularly, the disclosure, in its preferred embodiment, pertains to flexible sheeted structures having fire extinguishing material enclosed between sheets of heat-rupturable material and fire-proof or fire-resistant material; alternative embodiments are also disclosed. Such fire extinguisher structures are particularly suitable for small fires and may be fabricated into easily accessible household articles such as towels, tidys, blankets, tapestries, draperies, etc.
