Abstract 1,1-Bis(perfluoroalkylsulfonyl)propanes substituted in the three position by two to three electron-withdrawing groups, particularly perfluoroalkylsulfonyl, carboxyl, carboalkoxy or cyano are catalysts for the polymerization of aromatic epoxy resins.
