Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 22
Claim 1
Independent Claim 44 words
A tooth powder, comprising at least 40% by weight of a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and sodium percarbonate, the percarbonate being present in an amount sufficient to release from 0.5 to 5% hydrogen peroxide by weight of the tooth powder, upon contact with water.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 44 words
A tooth powder, comprising at least 40% by weight of a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and sodium percarbonate, the percarbonate being present in an amount sufficient to release from 0.5 to 5% hydrogen peroxide by weight of the tooth powder, upon contact with water.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 40 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, wherein the sodium bicarbonate is incorporated in an amount of from 50 to 98% of the tooth powder, in the form of particles having a median particle size within the range of 74-210 microns.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 26 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, wherein the sodium percarbonate is present in an amount of from 1 to 12% by weight of the tooth powder.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 18 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, further comprising from 0.2 to 2% by weight of a fluoridating agent.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 15 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, further comprising from 0.1 to 5% of a sweetener.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 18 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, further comprising from 0.2 to 3.0% by weight of a flavoring agent.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 18 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, further comprising from 1 to 50% by weight of a secondary abrasive.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 17 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, further comprising up to 1% by weight of a flow aid.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 42 words
The tooth powder of claim 1, comprising: ______________________________________ sodium bicarbonate 48 to 98% sodium percarbonate 1 to 12% fluoridating agent 0.2 to 2% flavoring agent 0.2 to 3% sweetener 0.1 to 5 secondary abrasive 0 to 50% surfactant 0 to 3% ______________________________________
