Abstract
Abstract A display device wherein decorative objects are immersed in a liquid-filled housing which is rotatably mounted on a base and driven by a windup music box mechanism through a transmission assembly so that rotation of the housing relative to the base in a first direction winds up the music box mechanism which, during unwinding and the production of music, causes the housing to rotate in a second opposite direction.

A display device comprising: a) a display means for displaying an ornament, the display means including a lower peripheral portion; b) a drive mechanism including a power output shaft; c) a drive cup including a central drive socket, the lower peripheral portion of the display means being snugly fitted within the drive cup; and d) means engaged with the central drive socket for drivingly connecting the drive cup with the power output shaft of the drive mechanism to rotate the display means.
