Abstract
Abstract The vehicle body panel construction contains composite panels (11) located on pressed flanges at the edges of a frame, where they are held by adhesive (15). The edges of the panels are additionally secured by trim strips (19) over the outside. The panels have cushion cladding on the inside and are self supporting. They form a simple modular body, and are easily replaced when damaged.
